When I was 33 I had a 2011 chevy malibu. I purchased it cheap and it's easy to maintain. I'm 38 and still have the same car. I also had it when I was 28.

Not too bad, abotu 15 minutes. Many young people (not you specifcially, just in general) watn the glitz and glamor of livign downtown while not realizing that if they lived 20 minutes out of town their rent would slash in half

A phone, yes.
An iphone 13? No. I've had a cell phone my whole life and have never paid more than $120 for one. if you are having to make monthly payments on a cell phone, you're doing something wrong.

hyperbole much? I don't know anythign at all about the made up person in this hypothetical situation but isntead of being defensive and ridiculous, you coudl jsut oh idk....eat out a few times less per week which woudl free up another few hundred bucks a month to save. Not sure why you've taken it as such a personal offense.
