I think this is confusing two things. The Husch Blackwell report is still a thing that happened and I assume we are following recommendations but the report. As per that report he’s still a piece of shite as are several parts of LSU’s past.
This lawsuit was a little something extra thrown on top. Nice to see the system worked for the good guys.
