The Nobel "Peace" Prize

Named after a guy who manufactured weapons of war.
Then let's give that PeACe AwARd to Obama, who droned the shite out of "collateral damage" throughout the world and helped start the war in Yemen, on behalf of the Saudis (calling Yemen leadership "Houthie Rebels loyal to Iran" while dipshit Americans of both political parties just drink it in).

Correct, Nobel was not actively involved in the manufacturing of weapons but Nobel formulated the explosive called dynamite that was used extensively in WWI and WWII.

I read this post as disputing that he invented dynamite. It looked like you were claiming someone made up that fact while also claiming he invented whatever guns you were talking about.

The problem is the Wright brothers didn't fly a heavier than air airplane until 1903, years after Nobel died in 1896, and a full 20 years before airplanes were used in WWI.
It seems a little far-fetched that Nobel would have invented something before what it was supposed to be used for wasn't invented until years after his death.

^^^This is correct.
He started or owned over 90 armament manufacturers including Bofors who he helped design cannons.
He also holds several patents on guns, barrel designs and barrel strengthening methods and projectiles.
While his main invention is the safe use of nitroglycerin he came up with a whole lot of ways to use it besides mining.
