We're left to assume they're chicken eggs, when maybe the egg itself is so altered and fricked up, that so called "egg farmers" cannot legally refer to them as chicken eggs.

My question would be what other egg would be cheap enough to mass produce besides chicken eggs???

I think he means that the processing of chicken eggs that we do here renders them something that possibly may not be legally allowed to be called a chicken egg.

Which isn't as dumb as speculating whether he's actually being fed platypus eggs, but is surely extremely pendantic.

Well there probably isn't.

I'm simply open to the possibility however that a corporate farmed, governmentally regulated chicken egg is so chemically and/or genetically altered that it can no longer be called a chicken egg and must simply be called an "egg".

This board has asked me to take some pretty long leaps of faith on some pretty whacked out shite. I'm just asking the board in return to consider the possibility that the eggs we're eating aren't the eggs we think they are.
