Schools like aTm, Texas, Bama, Georgia, and others at the very top, have collectives that are associated with the schools themselves
LSU does too. https://www.bayoutraditionscollective.com/

I am aware of Bayou Traditions, but it is not set up in the same as some of the other schools. Places like Georgia and Bama skirt that line of running a collective as an almost sort of shell company masquerading as a collective, which then becomes a school paying for play. Bayou Traditions is more set up as a collective with a primary source of corporate sponsors who are then connected with athletes to provide NIL dollars. That has been my point - LSU has been trying to do things the right way, especially since we have had the spotlight on us from the NCAA lately. Others have thrown caution to the wind and are essentially daring the NCAA to say something. It's just a matter of time before the lid comes off NIL completely, and LSU joins the Bamas, Georgias, FSUs in order to help get those top tier athletes to add to our current hauls. It's going to be interesting over the next year or so, that's for sure.
