Bama essentially lost to a horrible Auburn team

Not how it works.

Bama is the better team. Therefore, they’re in the playoffs.

Enjoy watching!

If Alabama had two losses they’d still be the better team, would you still be calling for them to be in the playoffs?

Georgia is the better team, should they be in the playoffs?

Oregon is the better team, should they be in the playoffs?

So when Bama wins ugly, especially against bad teams with all their starters, it’s “they won though.” But, when FSU wins out despite missing key players, it’s “they’re not as good as they were with ___.” What a crock of shite. If you don’t see the fallacy in that argument you’re an idiot.

And everyone bringing up Liberty…the discussion is about an undefeated Top 5 POWER 5 champion being left out. Not a Group of 5 champion who never sniffed the Top 20.

I have got no problem with assuming Bama is the better team. Hell, if they played FSU tomorrow at a neutral site and the line was anything less than -7 for Bama, I would load up on you guys.

The issue is, Vegas oddsmakers are not on the CFP committee and by every metric utilized until this year, an undefeated conference champion has not been left out in favor of a one loss team. Regardless, good luck against Michigan.
