tundra question clunking sound

2017 Tundra
35x12.50x20 toyo open country MTs, fuel maverick rims, 4" Pro Comp Lift
I have a short but relatively steep incline to enter my home garage where a park my truck. I recently have noticed a "clunk" sound that appears to be coming from the front wheel(s) that only is appreciated with the wheels turned completely while on the incline. It is a solid, single clunk, noticed in forward or reverse (backing in) and only happens when the wheels are turned completely and on the apex of the incline. It drives fine otherwise and have never had any other issues.

Basic First steps:
1) Are tires rubbing the mud guards.
2) check your lug nuts. Couple might be loose.
3) It you have a center hub check and make sure its secure and tightened.

Mileage? Might be a control arm bushing. 
Check ball joints for slack.

Impossible, according to the OT, Toyotas do not break…
Probably rubbing on wheel stops during spring compression causing the clunking…

i would get several clunks, not a single, maybe 5 or 6 when turning sharply in 1 direction.

I have a 2005 4Runner with almost 200,000 miles that does something very similar. It has done so since I bought it used in 2007 and never been an issue.

Hub assembly or ball joint. Probably the hub. Whatever part it is, replace the whole set.

Sounds like CV axle going bad, if its 4WD.
Look at the lower control arm bushings. Those are known to make a clunking sound when they wear out.
