Anyone using Garage Strength workout plans?

I've been tuning into Garage Strength on Youtube lately. This guy seems pretty in tune with training young athletes. All of his workout plans are sport specific and scientifically based. I'm thinking of starting my oldest on one of his plans. Has anyone tuned into this guy or used any of his programs?

She will be 12 this year and plays soccer, tennis, and basketball recreationally. She's a serious golfer who plays year round. At this point I've introduced her to some plyometrics and light lower body work as a starting point.

would just put her on the DB strength plan from ppsa and add in some throws and jumps before hand.
she is complete force defecient at this point. run DB strength for 9-12 months and then put her on a proper LP at 13.
if you want you can email me and ill send you over some other youth programs if you dont want to do ppsa with her.

Explosive Mechanics has a very similar format to Garage Strength. It's worth checking out. I'm deep into the John Meadows info you sent over. Great stuff so far!

Yes. His programs are great and have gotten me some good results.
Dane was a good thrower, and he is a damn good throwing and weightlifting coach. He has some good experience coaching youth level. Haley Reichart (sp?) has been a really good weightlifter that has been at the national/international level for some time under him just to name an example.

One video I watched a few days ago highlighted Nick Singelton who's a running back for Penn State. That kid is a beast.

I've been following him a few years and asked a question on one of his live streams. I don't remember what it was now, but I did mention following ppsa. He had very good things to say about Ausmus and then answered my question.
I want to say I asked about training specifically for first responder work.
