If it was a human it would be considered sexual assault and possibly rape since he ejaculated. Funny how you are less off-put by it since he only jacked off on it. That is if you believe that is all he did.
His explanation about jacking off on the cat was his retraction years later after his initial claim and rumors of much worse.
You can believe he only did that but IMO if that is what someone is willing to admit to publicly to use as a retraction then I bet that the reality is much worse.

Hell I was browsing snapchat stories the other day and someone had posted a video with a naked baby in the tub.
My grandparents had a picture of my naked self in a bucket hanging on the wall at one point.
