That Jayden was going to win the heisman and have the season he had I would’ve put 10k down on us being in the playoff. I would’ve assumed we be either an undefeated or 1 loss team gearing up to compete for a championship. Really goes to show how much house screwed what we could’ve had this year. All we needed was a defentish defense

WOW one whole entire year we are not a Defensive Juggernaut and that's it the end of LSU EVER having a great defense EVER again.

We haven't been that for quite a fee years. Honestly, I don't think that even really exists anymore. You can be good on defense, but not bully to the ball like LSU was in the early 2000s.

If our defense was mediocre we would probably have no trophies to put in the trophy room this year. I'm happy Jayden got his and it will catapult recruiting in the future. LSU's stock is rising at a all time high and a CHAMPIONSHIP is on the way. BK knows what he's doing!

If u Told me 5 months ago that kelly would not fire the DC. I would beleive you. Not everyone is like saban to fire someone after a mediocre season. coach Kelly should hire someone with good knowledge as a defence coordinator maybe someone like antonio Pierce or someone like that which he is currently in nfl with raiders

I put $50 on Jayden winning the Heisman and $50 on LSU natty pre season. Thought the two would go hand in hand.

This thread was so necessary. Thank you for pointing out that we LSU has issues on defense. Maybe you can let the coaches know so it can get fixed?

It was actually hard to find a place to take that bet I have MGM FanDuel and DraftKings and they were not offering it at the time and believe it or not Jaden Daniels was the second favorite behind Caleb Williams even though it was 14 to 1 with a bunch of other guys clustered behind them the odds were not as great as I thought.
I was about to put 200 at 14 to 1 free that I can enjoy the whole season but wasn't to be
