Oh? Maybe I missed something. How are you sleeping?

I sleep pretty well, I occasionally wake up in the middle of the night, but I don't have trouble falling asleep or going back to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night. I typically go to sleep around 10-11 and get up around 6-7.

And sorry, not trying to sound harsh. It's just a little irritating when everyone on here thinks they're an MD and know better than my doctor and my med regimen that I've been on for over 15yrs without issue.

The question is are you really sleeping. I know many with apnea (more common than most would think) and they are shocked when they actually do a real study with LOTS of data (the oxygen on my finger all night just monitors oxygen). Full blown study (pain in the arse) will have 20 - 40 different leads and look at all kinds of data. Also have person on site watching you all night in a different room.

Not an MD, just old and been a caregiver for good half a century at least. Seen all kinds of stuff and pay attention to details. It gets harder with the internet and lots of bandwidth with terrible advice. Check with the DoI in your state and find the worker who focuses on health insurance. If you treat them like a human and not some government toad, you may be shocked at the info you get.

Lots of people are good at their jobs, find the one that gets to the questions you should be asking.

I am an MD. You're suffering from a lack of sleep, either through narcolepsy or poor sleep pattern. Poor sleep pattern could be secondary to intermittent apneic interruption. It could be d/t other issues. You've obviously been through sleep studies. Having someone given your SxSx on afternoon adderall is questionable.
