Did you makeup the 169/hr number? It’s not mentioned anywhere in the article.
I saw a post on r/nursing 2 weeks ago that said that the hourly wage for Kaiser nurses would be raised up to $169.00 an hour that was a result of this negotiation. For some reason I can’t find it now but it’s definitely true. When I find it I’ll post the link

How would you know it’s “definitely true” if you can’t find any evidence of it
In no world is a bedside nurse worth 169/hr. There is no shortage of nurses. There is a shortage of nurses willing to work bedside since Covid.
Nurses were treated like dogs and worked hard during COVID. There only rewards were free pizza and there organizations calling them “heroes”. This lead to many switching to travel nursing to triple their salaries. Many have left bedside all together.

So because you saw it on reddit's nursing forum it's got to be true? You need to leave the nurses alone and see an actual doctor to get your brain examined.

I long for the world I grew up in where every diarhhea brained statement made wasn't amplified to infinity and broadcast to all the other diarrhea brained people on Earth who immediately accepted it as gospel truth.
