We could have gotten #22 Clemson in the gator bowl but they selected unranked Kentucky.

We could have gotten #17 Iowa in the citrus bowl but they selected #21 Tennessee.

We could have gotten #20 OK State in the Texas Bowl but they selected unranked A&M.

Instead we get unranked Wisconsin. Not really exciting but whatever. Get payback from 2016 and 10 wins move on. Payback even though we should thank them for beating us in 2016 because that led to Les getting canned.

on the bright side, we didn't go 13-0, win the conference and then get left out the CFP

Pretty sure neither the citrus bowl or LSU wanted to go back to Orlando and Tampa had 2nd pick

Outside the playoffs, all bowl games are good for is extending the season.

I will never complain about watching an LSU game, whether it is Georgia State or Notre Dame. I'll complain about the game itself, but not the opponent.

Just win the fricking game. That’s all that matters.

A&M is better for Texas bowl.

We didn’t want Orlando again.

Gator Bowl is a good argument, but not as good of a bowl imo

The shitter the opponent the better. I want 10 wins. Purdue last year was a massacre and I enjoyed every second of it

Iowa would be so boring. Be happy it's not '89-'94 and we're in a bowl game.. NYears day at that. I can remember from '95-'97 we would've killed for an Outback Birth. South Carolina was guaranteeing ticket sales to get Citrus and Outback to take them so they took them We got stuck in Independence twice and Peach bowl.

When it comes to rewarding the players and their families and traveling Tiger fans, Tampa is the far and away the best destination.

Wouldn’t happen to an SEC big6 team

This. It's another LSU game to watch until next September and, should LSU win, maybe a Top 10 finish.
