When we hired Steele we had a top tier defense and it fell back a couple spots. I think most posters didn’t give it time because by the end of the year you could see that Steele had most the defense locked in. In hindsight I think we would be lucky to have Steele. Also he is a very good recruiter. After reading all the above wow I hope Diaco isn’t DC
