Duck plucker recommendations

I’m looking at getting myself something for Christmas. I’ve always envied these things. Growing up in Louisiana my grandpa, like many around here, were set on picking ducks. There are various kinds and don’t want to break the bank. I’ve seen where there are drill attachments. Any recommendations for a dozen or so ducks at a time? Appreciate the responses.

Drop at picker, $3 bird, pickup next day, don’t have the mess or duck lice.
They’re a pia for what time and effort it takes.

We had a “Naked Duck” duck plucker that worked well.

When I was a kid my grandfather would dip them in hot wax. It made plucking a breeze. I remember how much easier it was and was thankful for it. Not sure where to get it these days. He also made picking shrimp out of a trawl easier with a barrel of salt water. The fish and trash bycatch would float to the top and you could just skim it off with a net. Nothing left but small crabs and shrimp. I miss that old man.

subtle I'm averaging a 2 man limit per hunt brag.
We used to use wax. It was like peeling an orange.

Go Devil makes a good one. Get it with the shroud.
But if you can find someone that plucks them that is the best way tho.

Shroud and/or vac is the key. Feathers everywhere and all over the locals trailers. Kinda like cleaning fish in the back canal and the carcasses end up on your bank. Lol

Where you shooting enough ducks to even think about one of those?

05 we were dropping off 24 every morning in forked island. One buddy just had to clean his birds himself, that lasted 4 days for him.

Just bring me and I’ll pluck em.
