Just saying, it would be so Rockstar for them to say it's going to be diverse, and equity blah blah blah, then show up and completely make fun of all that in it's usual Rockstar fashion.

Not going to discount it just because it has a female character. Now if it was a story of entirely female characters, that would be different. TLOU part 2 had an almost entirely female cast and that prompted me not to buy
