They ignore it. No one can claim to be a conservative and vote (in a primary) for someone who has done and said all of that.
They're now twisting themselves into pretzels defending BLM. The same organization that advocated for murdering cops and burning and looting businesses. It's only a matter of time before they say that those businesses deserved to be destroyed.
