Rotate between the North and South venues. I wish the SECCG would rotate between Atlanta and N.O.

Well most people here do, but 10 out of 12 SEC schools are closer to Atlanta than New Orleans, and there's fricking nothing in Mississippi that would be a middle ground for the south. The Big 12 has more big cities that are viable options.

As long as the game doesn't EVER end up in the Ham again, I am just fine with rotating venues.

Totally agree. I live in Atlanta but know that it's a home game for the East team whether it be Georgia, Florida or Tennesse. They seem to have an "in" to get the bulk of the seats at the Georgia Dome as the teams get a minority of the tickets. If they were willing to split the tickets evenly like GA and FL do for the Cocktail party it wouldn't be an issue, but the Dome here gives preference to all of these local companies who give them to the East team fans. It's never a fair balance and that needs to be corrected. It could be held in New Orleans, Jacksonville or Tampa, in Nashville as well. That would give it balance and because it's the SEC, fans would travel.

Aside from NO, there are no cities in the west that would be worthy of hosting the game. Little Rock is a joke of a stadium. Memfart sucks, so does Jackson. Jacksonville, Tampa, Nashville are all in states that have eastern division teams. Not sure if the SEC would ever be willing to rotate anyway.

legion field is a joke. thank god they moved out of that dump. look how cold it is in kansas city tonight. the dome is much more comfy.

Not bucking your opinion but just to point out- a lot of those same things also serve us well in the Sugar Bowl. Given the choice, I prefer it the way it is if I had to choose one- ESPECIALLY when the Sugar is for the NC.

San Antonio, KC, St. Louis, Houston have all hosted the Big 12 Champ Game

BTW, wanna see something funny- USF is playing in the snow in WV. Most of the USF kids look like they have never seen snow before, much less play in it.

They have also played in Houston and Texas Stadium, and I'm sure the Jerry Dome in Arlington will be on the rotation soon.

The Ga. Dome is probably the best location for all involved.

What about Shreveport? They know how to host a good shindig.

i wonder if rotating it to NO would be in conflict with either the bayou classic or the LHSAA championship games on some of the years. just a thought.

Speaking of venues, I find it odd that the ACC had their title game in Tampa this year. I can see Charlotte and those places along the coast, but I see Florida as SEC country.
