(Bloomberg) -- Two Jewish groups sued the University of California at Berkeley and its law school over the “longstanding, unchecked spread of antisemitism” they say has escalated since the Oct. 7 attack by Hamas on Israel.
UC Berkeley and the law school have “failed to confront, much less combat, the antisemitic environment their inaction has fostered,” according to the complaint. It was filed Tuesday in federal court in San Francisco by the Louis D. Brandeis Center and Jewish Americans for Fairness in Education, or JAFE.

I for one am tired of all the Palestinians billionaires attacking my people through their control of the media, finance, education, and politics.
Do you even know how many people in congress are dual citizens of both Palestine and America??
And if I see one more US politician fly to Gaza to kiss the border wall, I’m gonna lose it!!

It's really hard to have sympathy for Jews, as they sat back and said nothing when Conservatives have been treated WAY worse on that campus for many many years now.
Obviously I'd like for them to win this, though not sure what the are using over, but it really is getting tiresome to hear their selective outrage. They are no better than race baitin' blacks that only come out when something happens to blacks.

Did anyone know that Sephardic and mizrai Palestinians were all but kicked out of formation of Palestine by IMPOSTER Palestinians
They tried to join in on Palestines formation and were run out. The ORIGINAL PALESTINIANS RUN OUT OF PALESTINE! By THE IMPOSTERS.
They are still trying to raise awareness of the imposter scourge, even today 80 years after imposters and Jerusalemist imposters first began their attacks against EVERYONE
Today Sephardic and Mizrahi are working to get their word out. They face pure evil, and continue to fight for the true Jewish
and BTW, the PALESTINIANS in Palestine are not semites at all - they are European/Iranians

A sephardic-Mizrahi autonomy in Palestine
"During the World Sephardic Meeting in August 1925, members of the Sephardic Mizrahi leadership questioned the role of a Sephardic-Mizrahi identity in politics.
Their dilemma revolved around one doubt articulated by multiple
Sephardic-Mizrahi leaders in 1926 and 1931: “to be or not to be” (“lehiyot ohlachdol”)
—that is, to be or not to be identified as a political entity separate from the growing Zionist enterprise in Palestine. Throughout the decade, from 1926 to 1929, to even ask this question was to invite accusations by Yishuv members of being seditious and anti-Zionist, of “promoting mistrust and division,” and of receiving “foreign” donations intended to the Zionist project.
Nevertheless, the idea of Sephardic-Mizrahi autonomy persisted in the minds of Sephardic-Mizrahi leaders.
This article examines how Sephardic-Mizrahi groups envisaged and fought for an autonomous entity in Palestine from 1926 to 1929, but then devolved into being an ethnic group without a distinct political representation or a clear political agenda. Additionally, this paper explicates how the Sephardic-Mizrahi leadership’s resistance of an “abusive” Zionist organization ultimately yielded a discourse of self-inferiority.
[ETA ; So they treated the real Jews like they try to treat everyone else: You cant criticize the "Jews". "Six million", 6,000,000. "6 million"]
Neo-Marxist attacks on Sephardi and Mizrahi BY NEO-MARXISTS in Palestine
same marxists who perpetrated the biggest genocide against white Russians; same neo-marxists who have occupied the US government and stole the 2020 election
Watch out these imposter criminals will attempt to genocide you as so many times in the past. They are NOT semites

...and before 10/7 most of those Jewish students were nodding like bobble headed dolls at the garbage spewed by UC Berkeley and their law school.

This is unexpected, unless Berkeley has come full circle.
But the reality is that Berkeley hasn't changed, this is just more whining by another government-protected group imagining something that isn't really there, because of some fear of losing their long-enjoyed protection and license.
An institution that once was the stomping grounds of Herbert Marcuse - the acknowledged Architect of the New Left - who spent his time there either lobbying for Angela Davis for the Administration to hire her as an Instructor, and was successful; or pushing the latest in anti-West theories such as "critical theory," or coming up with cute slogans such as "Make love, not war."
Or inciting to riot that motley group that had assembled at Berkeley made up of Spock babies who had come of age and the other doted-on, entitled, rudderless American brats who somehow convinced themselves that they knew better than everyone else.
But particularly their parents, because they were told by the neo-Marxists there that it was what they were supposed to do to advance the new society.
After his minions had expended all their energy and brains on what they thought was disease-free sex and hallucinogenic chemicals, Marcuse left their sorry asses here and skipped town back to his real, preferred environment at the Institute of Social Research in Frankfurt.
But not before he published that celebration of, and agonizing excursion through, neo-Marxist psycho-babble Eros and Civilization, which super leftist Susan Sontag allowed him to crash at her pad for over a year so he could write it - worry free. What a dubious bunch.
A bunch and the minions they produced in this nation that we could've easily done without, and still could.
Among their sizeable list of things to do was to empty every prison in the country. Just never gave the reason for that one.
