The Colorado Supreme Court agreed to hear an appeal on a lawsuit filed by the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) watchdog group and Republican figures, who argue that Trump's actions on January 6, 2021, violated Section Three of the 14th Amendment and therefore he should be prohibited from running for the White House again.

So does Trumpy want to be President of the United States or does he want to take his firetruck home from all his kindergarten classmates because he's upset?

You moron. This has been discussed at length on here and Trump is factually correct. However, you need to read the entire record so you don’t look like a total and complete moron like you do now.

regurgitating Newsweek.

Out of curiosity are under the impression that it’s his duty to support the constitution? Or is it his duty to uphold the constitution as they are different

Did he swear an oath to the Constitution or not?

I support intelligence. Unfortunately, both sides are severely lacking... which is making them shepherds to their flock, wherever that flock grazes.

So, you're going to sit there and say supporting and upholding are 2 totally different things?

Wouldn't you, if you cared about America, want to support the Constitution? Upholding should come 2nd, because you've already convinced the general public that you cared.

Keep tip-toeing

Kind of weird considering we have 4 years of his presidency and now 3 years of Biden and if you had any sort of intelligence you could see with your own eyes who respects the constitution more. But I understand it is hard to see clearly with your head so far up your arse.

The exact oath is on the first page. Read it to see what he swore an oath to with regards to the Constitution.

I support intelligence

Then you probably shouldn’t have ignorantly regurgitated what some “journalist” at Newsweek told you. You should have read the record. Then you would be able to speak intelligently on the matter. You didn’t do any of that, so I doubt your claim of supporting intelligence.

Oh my. In a thread where you regurgitate a Newsweek talking point?

Clearly defend and support mean different things but is there a functional difference? I think it’s an easy argument to say they are functionally the same.

Sorry for taking an individuals credentials, that are college educated and vetted, over an internet message board user.

You're right. I've been wrong this entire time. Maybe I SHOULD drink the kool-aid echo chamber recharge supplement product I see here in the Political Forum.

Sorry, please forgive me.

Probably not but this is just a legal argument against an insurrection that does not exist.

There was no insurrection.
