I remember going to NLU games as a kid. Malone Stadium was the place to be on Saturday nights in Monroe. It was always packed if there was a game. All of that stopped once NLU went to DI and changed to ULM. Monroe has also gotten to the point where the town just doesn't support anything except for fast food restaurants.

Maybe if the people of Louisiana would not move out and live in other state. Louisiana is slowly crumbling due to people moving out of there and not supporting their state. How many LSU fans still live in Louisiana?
