He is walking into something else here where 100k people show up to ga,es, we expect top 5ish recruiting classes, and won't be OK with 7/8 win seasons


I wouldn’t write him off as a failure just yet. He’s not had the players, as a head coach, that he will at A&M. Also, he’s spent alot of time at a high-pressure program with his brother. Less risky than some of the other names mentioned.

It will be interesting to see how he adjusts to a very different situation. He was a pretty natural fit at UK with his Midwest background and recruiting.

It will be interesting to see how he builds his staff, or if he just takes UK down to CS.
