I was 13 in 91.. For those of you who are older can you remember anything specific from the year 1991? Im just trying to get an idea. I can see maybe it being an event and this happened and being able to remember when the event took place.. But 32 years later.. That's crazy. No one is the same person today that they were 32 years ago so is it possible that something happened, that she might of allowed that today she feels different about?

Im not trying to victim blame, I am just trying to understand all of these people who come out 30+ years later.

I think the first thing that needs to be looked into is their financial situation throughout those years.
