This is such a varying question.
#1 variable is your foundation/soil.
How high will your home be elevated, and how deep will the pilings have to be?
We are doing something unique in our area (Gulf Shores) to mitigate the costs is building floating slabs, so maybe look into that.
BTW, your question is absolutely absurd without knowing parameters, drawings, etc.
