Wasn't as big of a fan of the first one. That's just the subject matter though. His WWI/WWII ones are the GOAT. Wish he'd do a series on something like Vietnam.
He also interviewed with the last podcast on the left a little while back that's worth a listen.

Haven't heard of this. IMO, he was kind of the weak link, but then I don't know what happened. Marcus clearly does the heavy lifting and Henry just brings the humor.

There was far more to it than that, Marcus and Henry wouldn’t have severed ties unless it was serious. Not to mention had serious demons, he was angry and negative and brought nothing to the podcast recently. Eddie is a welcomed breath of fresh air.

He needed rehab, not to be unceremoniously dumped out of something he started, hell Henry came in later. He was a founding member and was going through it but this idea he brought nothing was poppycock.
Henry's wife had a grudge and parlayed the lies of a literal crazy instawhore into getting Ben gone.
The show is missing a piece of its soul and Ed is just not funny. You have 2 funny men and Marcus and Ed is simply outclassed. The show misses Ben whether you like the Bigfoot or not

They do skew left but don't tend to let it poison the show, usually
Did some really good episodes on the Black Death, Jack the Ripper, Carl Panzram, MK Ultra...lot of serial killer and cryptozoology episodes.
