It makes perfect sense that our duck season starts before Arkansas

Saw a video yesterday of ducks by the kajillions just north of Shreveport in sw ark.

You're acting like they start a month later than us.

They open same weekend as east zone (week later than west), have 2 splits instead of one, but otherwise nearly identical to the east.

The only alternative is for us to open December 1 and go 2 months straight with no split.

You're complaining about a start that's the same as half our state (and only a week later than the other half), and you don't understand why someone would respond sarcastically?

A week can mean a lot in a 60 day season, and it’s more than half the state. Why not make it like the east zone?
If marsh hunters want an earlier season, use the intracoastal as the boundary and start their season in fricking August for all I care.
