new lsu logo?

has anyone seen this style of tiger head before? i found this from a tiger droppings user, and i have tried to contact this person on the board to see where they found this logo. the "toonces" logo lsu has been using the past few years looks like a retarded kitten searching for milk. i will always like the old-style snarling, hateful, about to kill-you-and-eat-you mike, but this new one (if it is indeed going to be adopted by the university) is a VAST improvement over the "toonces the tiger" logo. discuss.

Somebody did this logo on the fark board I think when people were throwing around ideas of logos that could replace toonces.

I would hope so. I find the new logo to be uninspired and watered down. Bring back the old one or update it. And the lettering font is crappy too. Love my LSU- hate the new style.

It's really small, but from what I can tell it looks like kind of bastard offspring of Toonces and The Predator... which I guess is an improvement.
