I considered these drugs for a moment, but I decided I would just try weight loss the old fashioned way: take in less calories than I burn each day. I have cut out deserts and alot of things with sugar, and I run a calorie deficit of about 300 KCals per day. I exercise 6 x times per week.
Went from 292 lbs t0 267. Goal is 210 lbs...I'll get there.
