one precinct ran out of ballots by 9am

I think MS mandates 60% of registered voters have ballots...so wtf is going on in that precinct

Seems like a bunch of living people showing up to vote for dead people.

The printers were on the same network as the soft serve machine.

McCloud Elementary in NE Jackson. It's a split precinct. They had ballots for one half but only a hundred for the other half. That one ran out before 9.

SOme of these precincts in question are split precincts. Trust me, poll workers and clerks HATE split precincts for this very reason. Splits always manage to screw things up.
