ith the emulators, do you need to be tech savvy to operate them? If there are instructions, then I can follow. Do they ever brick out or anything?

I would contact the seller and ask any questions you have. Any seller worth a damn will respond. I have 3 modded consoles (NES Classic. SNES Classic and PS1 Classic) that I bought off Etsy and EBAY they all came with simple instructions and work pretty much flawlessly I say pretty much because there may be one of two games out of hundreds that wont load. You may have to change emulator cores to find the one that works on some titles but that is just a few clicks. I ve never had one brick.
I ve messed around with emulation on PC and Android and gotten some viruses from ROMs but I blame myself for those issues.
