104.5 ESPN lunch time show complaints

Back when it was just Hanny it was the best show in the line up. I tuned in almost every day on my ride to lunch but since Ott has joined it has become unlistenable.
1.) The incessant gambling talk is cringe as hell and almost all they talk about. Nobody wants to hear from Jimmy’s gambling buddy in Biloxi. I’ll spare y’all the rest because this has been talked about a bunch on here.
2.) Since Jimmy has joined both have been so fricking negative about LSU. I can handle a little bit of non biased view points. It’s part of the reason why I loved the show just with Hanny. He’d try to give his non biased take take on the game but at the same time let some of his fandom and excitement shine through.. but with Ott now they are straight up dismissive about LSU. It’s very aggravating.

Jimmy sucks
The gambling part is not going away as they are not turning away that advertising dollar

I hate Jimmy so much.
Hanny literally can't get 2 sentences in without being cutoff by his senseless ramblings.

I've only tried to listen to it once, and I think it was during the college world series when I wanted to get as much local BR media as I could find because I wanted to hear about LSU non-stop.
Charlie wasn't on the show for the part I listened to because he was busy in Omaha.
Jimmy was narrating a tennis match that was on the TV in front of him and didn't mention LSU at all for the 10 or so minutes I gave it a chance.
It was fricking brutal.

Exactly. It’s Baton Rouge/ Louisiana sports radio.. people are turning in for LSU. Not to talk about the line on a regular season baseball game. When he does talk about LSU his Jaded gambler shines through because he must have gotten burned so much in the 90s.. it’s nothing but negativity and focusing on our weaknesses. It does not make good radio.

He's probably mad because he'd rather be talking about a bet he has on a U-18 women's tennis tournament in Uzbekistan.

I was so fired up when they announced it was coming back. Now I don't even listen. I don't care about a bookmaker in New Jersey's pick of a Tuesday night high school hockey game. What a complete and total waste of Hanny and a lunch time slot.

They should have never broken up Hanny and Hunt.
They really had a perfect lineup then. Regardless what you think about any of them Hester and T-Bob react well to each other, Hanny and Hunt both brought similar approaches and meshed really well together, and Moscona is probably more in line to run his own show.

Charles Hannagriff is the only rational adult on ESPN Baton Rouge. I have listened to Jon fine, Buddy Songy, Matt Mascona and Richard Condon.
When the shite gets real about an LSU game or an event, to me it is CH and that’s it. After 1/09/12 happened, I wanted to hear Charles’ voice. I wanted someone who could make sense of it all.
Listeners have their favorites and that’s ok. I just respect Charles Hannagriff the most after a tough loss or a firing. No nonsense BS.
