How the frick do we have mysterious knee injuries and rest days from our two stars, after having multiple seasons of mysterious injuries and players straight up going AWOL? We are five fricking games into the season and they have effectively sucked all hope and excitement from the fanbase.

frick you Griff!

We’re 3-1. It’ll be ok.

Yeah this is the kind of stuff that kills my excitement before the season even really gets going. Between this and the Bally's app I'm ready to give up lol.

Has nothing to do with us being 3-1. It has to being completely fricking tone deaf to what has destroyed our spirits.

That we are.. and it’s good.
4-1 is better and EVERY game counts.

We should be winning tonight… but a rest day after 5 games from a professional athlete 23 year old and a slightly sore knee with no structural damage is putting that half gimmie game in jeopardy.

It’s frustrating.

We know how tight the seedlings were last year.. a couple more wins and we were in… a couple more than that and we had home court advantage.

As it was, we went home.

They all count.

I mean we could still win. This is pistons team that probably wont have Burks and Duren. We could also have BI although I doubt it. Honestly in a 82 game season its not a huge deal.

Yup yup… and then it would be a justified rest.

But also… as above, seedlings were separated so marginally last season and it looks like it might be tougher this season. Gotta give ourselves the best chance to win those home games against the ‘lesser’ teams.

I get that. But reality is most NBA teams do what pels do especially this early. Not saying its right but it’s fairly common.

We will likely win even if BI doesn't play.

This team without both our 2 best players is better than the Pistons, even if Duren plays tonight.

I agree. I have a feeling even with tired legs especially with the young guys playing at home it will help them. And like I said its a win/win lol

And I don't think this is a gimme game either. Pistons have looked really decent so far this season. They aren't push overs like years past

You agree? What happened to it being a "scheduled loss?"

Because NBA is nothing more than a bunch of Prima Donnas... I mean the players and league pushed for a longer season with rest days and then playoffs lasting two - two 1/2 months for longer rest. But the players still need rest days.
