I have Andrews at TE. I’m 6-2 and they offered this today. 3 Flex spots.

RB- Walker,J.Cook,Mattison.

I like the trade minus you having no depth at RB. You would have a very nice WR/Flex stack though with Diggs, Allen, and Waddle. Walker and Hall in PPR is more than enough at RB most weeks with that group

I’d say if your flexing Andrews anyway upgrading to Diggs and just slotting Andrews over to TE along with getting off Mattison now that Kirk is done

In 10 team PPR, TE flex is not really good.
I would see if he would take Andrews instead of Kelce.

He has Mahomes so I figured he take the trade. Kelce hard to give up just feel he’s distracted with all the swift attention.
