Completely up to your personal preference. For me, I had to just use the on/off switch instead of a pad. Big hands, bigger guy, and I tend to inadvertently squeeze hard with my lead hand Cgrip. No mater where I put it, I would turn it off and on while shooting. Not ideal for me.

Alot of my lights are older p6 knockoffs like solarforce. Who makes the best p60 hosts these days?
