Is anyone else completely disturbed by the Philly PD statement?
Has any other department issued a statement giving so much background on the victim, calling out a blogger, and giving information on the assailants brother?
Was that from the real Philadelphia PD or a fake account?

Pretty sure that's fake. That's not even the Philadelphia Police Department handle. Plus there's way too many spelling/grammatical errors.

1) video is a stage production
2) the “statement” tweeted by “Philly PD” is absurdly unprofessional and divisive by design
