Why does Israel need more money?

I understand that they are a strategic ally in the region, and that we have given them money for years. However, shouldn’t we have given them enough aid by now that they can defend themselves. They have by far the most advanced military in the region.

It seems like it's the "We hate Israel" crowd and the "Please take our money Israel" crowd.
We need more of the "We support you Israel. Nothing but love, but it's time to move out of the house and get a job" crowd.

It's a sign of support, and the motivation is Biblical based. This Nation was Founded on Judeo-Christian principles, albeit that said Based is now being challenged by Secular Marxist ideology, Transnational Progressive version.
