People like Sidney Powell who claimed there was fraud but had no proof and later admitted she had no proof are now taking plea bargains.
Sydney Powell was offered probation the day before the trial was to start. A prosecutor that has a strong case doesn’t offer that.

I am sorry but both of your takes on the plea have been rather biased, though partially accurate.
A prosecutor on the eve of trial that offers probation might indeed have a weak case but that is not all they got out of her. She also recorded a statement for prosecutors and agreed to testify truthfully against her co-defendants at future trials. This is a very salient fact when trying to read the mind of the prosecution. Just like Queen for a Day proffers, you can get a lot when you give a lot.
The other point you have repeatedly made is she entered a plea to save a lot of money on her defense. Accepting a plea the day before trial doesn't save boatloads of money relative to the full defense costs. The vast majority of the hours required for a defense have already been logged.
I get you think none of the cases have teeth and I would agree convicting Trump of jaywalking would be difficult with 4K video of the crime from 20 angles. Sidney knows she is putting her license in jeopardy and unless she is ready to hang it up I can't see a former prosecutor lying down.
