Shreveport has nothing to slow the decline. Nothing. At least Baton Rouge has government and New Orleans has tourism.

Shreveport at least now has a mayor that is trying to move things in the right direction. NOLA and BR are spiraling faster with no end in sight. NOLA's tourism dollars are a fraction of what they should be, BR is hemorrhaging business and population into Texas.

Shreveport has a Republican mayor and just voted for Jeff Landry. More than Baton Rouge and New Orleans can say.
