I don’t think he’s got the mass for 150. I think he’s going to be around 140 because he’s going to lose on mass and width.

I’m about to bust his arse. Score is a bonus but I just like shooting mature deer and with the last three years of pics I have of him I know he’s mature.

I would say mid-upper 130’s, but Texas deer always give me a tough time. Some Texas deer surprise me their body weights/sizes, but most have smaller weights.

Really cool deer and always fun to see how they mature like this.

The largest deer killed on the ranch I hunt was 11 yr old and he was an absolute monster... 203" symmetrical and mostly typical. So the old saying that they decline after 4 or 5 is hog wash. We have photos of him almost every year except 1 I think but he was super elusive. The young man that killed him hunted him REALLY hard for 3 years before he was able to connect. Thanks for sharing your story.
