They should and will be charged for breaking in and occupying unlawfully. That is not really the same as trying to prevent the certification of election results.

How exactly were the Larpers (who were assisted by the Feds) of Jan 6 gonna do that?

Does putting ones' feet on the desk of CntPelosi's desk prevent certification?

Is advocating for the same as actually preventing certification?

Why aren't Hillary Clinton and the millions of Democrats who screamed for the overthrow of the 2016 election currently in prison?

They did as much to decertify as buffalo head and Grandma did, hell, even MORE.
