Here's a thread from a few years ago. If you read through it, you'll see that some of the products are the same, but with different labels and instructions depending on the label. I'd forgotten that I'd used the etouffee for smothered pork chops until I read the thread again.

I use the vanilla cinnamon sugar for things like French toast. Very good mixture.
