I'm a physical media collector (hundreds of DVDs in my collection), but this doesn't really bother me because there are much better places from which to buy physical media.
The only thing BB had was exclusive SteelBooks, but I was never really a fan of them (plus, I imagine exclusive SteelBooks will now be sold by Amazon or Walmart).

BB would have great sales on black friday and during Christmas, but they started having issues with their 4k offerings having the correct digital code, so I stopped buying from there regularly.
