Someone with a logistics and planning background or perhaps a military mobilization background chime in and tell everyone on here how simple it is to feed that many people…

Dude this is a bad take. I get that it is complicated and you can’t plan for every eventuality, but Tiger Stadium concessions are dreadful.

Arkansas concessions way better than ours, at EVERY venue. They partner with local popular restaurants and major chains. They hardly run out of food, great assortment of local eats, and trustworthy employees. Aramark was one of the worst things Joe Alleva did.

Ive been to dozens of different football and baseball stadiums. I’ve seen plenty of stadiums do it 10 times better than LSU, and only a few that did it as bad. LSU is the only stadium I’ve ever been to where they ran out of water.

no shite. We should contract out a company to do it. One with experience in concessions and people to plan logistics.

I have been to four other large stadiums this year. They all had great good choices, great selections of beer and drinks, and reasonable lines.

Former O-3/US Army here....

When they charge an assinine premium for the food that they serve to feed this many people, there had damn better be a much better service than is provided.
Truthfully, it never affects me personally, because I make sure I eat before the game so I don't have to indulge in the food, but the quality and service is far below what their price point represents.
