You said "K2" tires.
Are these BF Goodrich K02 tires? If so, this is a pretty common problem with those tires. They can be hard to balance right out of the factory or after some wear.

We’ve had KO2s on our 4Runner since 2018 and we’ve never had this problem, I guess we lucked out.
However, large off road/AT tires in general can be hard to balance.
