When people pose questions like this it is almost always from an ivory tower perspective point of view almost entirely theoretical in a sense. As far as detached from actual human reality as one can get. Israel didnt instigate this. Nor did places like UK and France instigate what at this point can be called nothing short of a foreign invasion resulting in entire cities being overrun and women being raped with law enforcement, the legal system, and politicians all protecting them either directly or indirectly for being afraid of being called racists. As I said in another post the west attempted to bring about the greatest era of compassion the world has ever known and it has done nothing but bled us dry of our people and wealth. frick them all

I do not believe they should. My moral code says this is wrong/evil no matter the circumstance even in "retaliation." Those children have not yet been able to make any decisions/take any actions for which they are responsible/for which they should be punished/suffer consequences.

However, it you take good/evil, morality out of it, then from a purely strategic/practical standpoint if the people that keep calling for Israel to "wipe Hamas off the face of this earth" are serious then they would support this. You can't realistically wipe Hamas off the face of the earth unless you were to do it. It's been proven for centuries that the innocent children of terrorists largely grow up to be the next generations terrorists. Even more so when their terrorist mothers and fathers have been killed by the "enemy."

This will never end.
