it's really not fair to frame the question this way. i am unequivocally on the side of Israel and the Jews in this fight, but I still think it's possible that the story was made up or greatly exaggerated.

I noticed you don't really read things by the fact you missed this part of my post, and why I suggested you go read the tweets from the "journalist".

It's funny, because you are taking the reporters account at face value, and I wasn't taking the baby story at face value or asking anyone to. I suggested we also be skeptical of his account of the story and his motives.

Fun facts about the 40 babies claim:

1. Sky News asked the IDF 3 times to prove it. They refused

2. Israeli army told Andalou News it does not have 'confirmation' about allegations that ‘Hamas beheaded babies’

3. The source for the "beheaded babies" claim is Israeli channel i24 News. A Haaretz investigation previously found that i24 News functions as a proxy for the Netanyahu family, with directives coming directly from the Israeli Prime Minister's office at times.

4. The “Journalist” at i24 news recently walked back the claim slightly saying it was what soldiers told them and not what they saw with their own eyes.


I personally can only find one source claiming to have direct evidence and that’s a French journalist who claims they know someone with pictures but they won’t share because it’s too graphic

yep, that whole 5 part thread itself reeked of propaganda in the fact it connected a motivation to something that happened in the past tense, using future tense verbiage.

I have no idea of what the seed of truth about the babies in that Kibutz is and what the exaggerations/propaganda is. But I do see that as counter-propaganda. It is sort of transparent.

He was putting it out there like someone who walks down the street, safely, declaring there is no crime in the city.

i am not doubting their atrocities. there were undoubtedly hundreds of atrocities. there is evidence of such. you guys are acting like questioning the factual basis of one single incident reported is the same as denying the holocaust. i already said here, three times now, i think they PROBABLY DID behead infants.
