Sleep apnea can cause you to sleep for hours but not get good sleep.

I did a sleep study and found out I do have sleep apnea. I wear a mask now. Obviously, I’m a bit overweight. I want to get back under 2 bills, so at minimum I need to lose 15 pounds.

I don't want to minimize your experience, but we know a family with a 5 year old who has terminal inoperable brain cancer.

You will get through this time and live the rest of your life. Try to focus on how much you still have and how much you are likely to have down the road.

If you're in a spot this bad go to amazon and order agmatine sulfate and take like 3 pills a day and it will get you somewhat stable

you might as well try the test if you're not worried about your hair. I guarantee there's a "men's clinic" in your city that can run a free test and get you on test tomorrow

this is gonna sound really weird but if you eat 6-12 raw eggs a day depending on how bad you're feeling it will fix you after about a week. be careful though if you do the raw eggs too long it'll cause skin problems but i think that takes about a month

That's a good way to get moving brother. Set a goal and go for it. Even if it's 3 lbs a week.

Try intermittent fasting combined with “keto” (not strict keto, but focus on high protein/low carb/healthy fats to keep you full). I eventually moved my fasting window to one meal a day and keep the diet clean. I break my fast with a bunch of protein like meat, then eat vegetables/salad, then something fatty like Greek yogurt with natural peanut butter mixed in. Eat until full. Black coffee and water during the day. The TD health/fitness board may be worth checking out.

If you fast, drink lots of water, and eat natural whole foods, your mental state may improve. Mine did immensely. So much more energy, clarity, and drive restored! You will almost certainly lose the weight in the process.

ETA: also get engrossed in a classic book. I suggest War & Peace!
