Anyone who happens to have any real capabilities that might be useful elsewhere has bailed. Such that all that's left behind are the dumbest of the dumb.

I'd be interested in seeing a study of the average IQ of Palestinians who are found elsewhere in the world. I'm guessing well above 67. So, yup, a bunch of inbred idiots left behind.
