I can't see the NC schools wanting either ECU or Tulsa in their conference

Tulsa has the smallest enrollment in FBS so can't see any bigger conference wanting them.

Does Tulane even have an AD right now?

no but are ADs even in the loop with these things anymore? School presidents and boosters promising kickbacks can take care of it.

Two conferences, 48 teams. Let's ride.

UAB. Like the real UAB? Might as well take Georgia State.

Was just wondering if they had hired anyone yet. Would seem important for a conference move…

Makes sense.
Tulane is a good academic, geographic, and cultural fit for the ACC. Also gives them a recruiting pipeline into Louisiana and New Orleans as a travel destination (we know it's a cesspool now but it still has good branding outside the immediate area).

I mentioned Tulane to ACC a few months ago and got laughed at on here. It’s a good fit for many reasons discussed in this thread. Academic, etc.
