I served under Bush and Obama. under Bush the Battalion Commanders had more leeway when it came to commanders intent. which was more flexible. under Obama the Full Bird Brigade Commander had a more hands on approach, Battalion Commanders were more restricted. a lot of hand holding, stupid equal opportunity online certifications and way more bureaucratic.

Under Biden's retarded regime, the whole command structure must be one hell of a shite show. can't even imagine how much more PC and restricted everything is. infantry platoon promotions are usually merit based, combat effective. now you'll probably get a shithead Squad Leader or Team Leader because muh diversity.
